Help us to fulfil our ambition of providing genuinely affordable housing for young people in the Dorchester Area. In order to put the community back in the driving seat we need YOU to join us and become a member!

Why become a member?

By becoming a member of the Dorchester Area CLT you can contribute to this project by electing board members to represent the community’s interests. You can cast a vote at general meetings, ensure that the CLT remains accountable to the community. You can help to determine the direction of future projects.

Please support Dorchester Area CLT and join us today! Please download a membership form here and return it to the Secretary of the Board along with your minimum payment of £1.00 to the address below:

Please note that there can be a delay before for a membership certificate can be issued. All new DACLT members must be approved by the board.

You must be age 16 or over to join DACLT, membership will cost you the one off sum of £1 and will buy you a share. These shares are unlike company shares. You will not own part of the CLT or receive any payment from its profits. These shares cannot rise in value but may lose value and you cannot sell them.
